WSP systems modelling learning network Terms of Service

Welcome to the WSP system modelling learning network! This network provides you the opportunity to learn about systems modelling, by:

• giving you access to the existing material created by WSP;
• uploading iThink models or publishing isee NetSim™ models on our server;
• adding comments and questions on the network board or;
• sending e-mails with your questions to the network manager.

You need to agree to your responsibilities in using the network and contributing to its content:

1. Content posted

The Whole Systems Partnership does not claim ownership of the materials you post, upload or publish (including feedback) on the SD learning network. You are entirely responsible for the models, messages, notes, information, and other content that you upload, publish or display on or through the network site, or share with other members. We do not control the content posted by any of the members and therefore do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content.

• You acknowledge that we do not pre-screen content but that we shall have the right (though not the obligation) in our sole discretion to move, modify or remove any content that is available on the network website.
• You agree that the information you upload onto the network will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
• Please do not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when creating content you may share with other members in the network website.

2. Password and security

You (and in the case of corporate membership, all individual users) must keep the password confidential and must not disclose them or share them with anyone. If you (and in the case of corporate membership, any individual user) knows or suspects that someone else knows the password we should be notified immediately by contacting us at jackie.glew@thewholesystem.co.uk

3. Member conduct

You agree not to use the network or any part of the website to:

• upload, post or email any content (models or information) when you do not have permission to do so;
• upload, post or email any content that contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment
• impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with or entity or disguise the origin of any content.

4. No resale of service

You agree not to reuse any portion of the content on the network, use the Service or access to the Service for commercial gain.
